Brotherhood: The Most Important Thing to Teach to All aAges
In this post I would like to explain what I think is the most important thing to teach children of all ages. This topic stems from the 184th edition of @steemiteducation and is my contribution to the #steemhomework for the week.
"Brotherhood". In my opinion, teaching the meaning and actions of Brotherhood you our younger generations is one of the most important lessons a child can learn. I think the most important thing to be taught to every child is to instil a fraternal nature in them, to become an active comrade and to look out for their fellow partners in life.

Teaching youngsters how to be fraternal in nature is simple. Firstly, you need to set the example and then you need to condition the environment that surrounds them – this goes for teachers as well as parents.
You can also create events or get togethers that shows the concept of brotherhood in action. Include ceremonies in the event, perhaps games that encourage teambuilding and most importantly, emphasise how your brotherhood supports and shows responsibility for each other. Through these events, you will also give your children the opportunity to start forming their own brotherhood and to start playing an active role.
As parents, you can also keep your extended family close to you. Visit often so that brothers, sisters and cousins can always play and form a brotherhood. Make sure that they keep contact often, even if they live in different towns or go to different schools.
Sometimes parents send their kids to boarding school and then a brotherhood is lost, not due to the child’s unwillingness to keep it, but because they are not given the opportunity or communication portals to do so.
So many parents forget the importance of brotherhood when raising their children, they are usually too focused on the academic side of things, or in the well-being of their child at the immediate time only.

Good post! To me, brotherhood is essential for someone, regardless kids or adults to get encouragement and support in their lives! Everyone had their rough time every now and then, brotherhood one of the things which helps people survive through hard times.

Totally agree. I believe teaching kids such important values like brotherhood will eliminate many potential problems they might face in their future. It's not only about sticking together as a family, it's about the team / family mentality that successful people have in business, relationship, careers and social life.
