EVERYDAY PHILOSOPHY

in #steemiteducation6 years ago (edited)

How do we understand philosophy? Is it all about cosmic matters? No, it is not all about vosmic matters, every day will raise philosophical questions: "Why do we go to places we go, why do we eat the things we eat, why do we work the way we work, what ideas underlie our most basic activities, the tendency to daydream?"

Philosophers seem to examine more mysterious or even esoteric phenomena. Some include the intricacies of language, free will, morality.
"Self-reflexion and examination can transform an enjoyable day into a frustrating one. Yet, even in this scenario, one would at the very least have enriched their life with melodrama." Robert Rowland Smith. Breakfast with Socrates and Driving with Pluto. ul 27, 2011.
