Inducing Some Entrepreneurial Attitude
It is a great idea to motivate students to have a wide vision about the things they want to do. We know how hard can be to position ourselves in the world. Besides, the usual chain of command always keep adults away from aspiring something big.
That's enough reason to imbue this concept. In addition of being just a teacher and commutators, we are responsible to show our students the realities, provide them with the real tools to succeed. And I'm talking about the right encouragement. The kind of support that let them dream and become owners of their destiny.
Sometimes, we spend all our life doing the same things over and over. And we complain, because there's always this hunger inside that shake us to go for something else... for something that provides us with great satisfaction.
Entrepreneurship
I suppose you have heard this word before, the lifestyle probably seduces you too. When people go into it and succeed, the benefits are extremely good; not only financially but also about the accomplishments. You notice that creating, expanding working at a macro level boost people think beyond themselves or their inner circle.
You also build relationships, helping groups to grow in order to extract their maximum potential. Since the focus is attacking the flaws, you are always striving for improvement and innovation. These are some of the qualities that would undoubtedly comes in handy for your students.
If you work hard to instill in them an entrepreneurial mind, you are achieving something magnificent. And that is that your students will start thinking beyond their current state, which for most of them is just getting bye without realizing that time is so much valuable, and we all need to use it wisely.
Creating
You can tell your students that when they create, they start the engines of something. That thing can grow and become into something else that could help a society.
We've witnessed people beginning with a single idea, and they have taken it into production. But before such idea came into fruition, they have thought about the problem first. And they approach it with imagination. That means, brainstorming about all the possibilities a problem should be addressed.
There are no laments or complains. The focus is on the creation which put your brain into motion. Many of the great developments have come to life starting with this principle, which is charged with proactive considerations.
Purpose
Having an entrepreneurial mind gives young people a purpose. A person without a purpose is like a person without a soul. You spend the days getting bye, doing the basic things to stay physically "alive." For some, It's like walking, carrying out a set of commands, so to speak.
That's why I believe that entrepreneurship keeps us all creating, building, and helping. And those things give pleasure because they give us purpose. And we challenge ourselves to make our wishes come true.
We have observed the passion and enjoyment of professional people with strong purposes. They fight every day to get get it done. They could fall, and but their purposes are up there, like a hovering signboard, telling them they're not there yet.
For this reason, I can affirm this type of attitude must be introduced in learning institutions. It should one of the bases from which any subject is taught.
