Hunter and his two disciples.

Hunter ordered both his disciples to shoot at bird's eye, sitting on a tree at a distance of 30 M.Both the disciples loaded their archeries simultaneously and focussed on the target.
Disciple 1 successfully shot bird's eye but disciple 2 missed the target.
Hunter called both of them and asked a question.
What did you saw while shooting?
Disciple 2 replied :- I saw a bird on a tree surrounded by beautiful shoots, fruits & flowers.
Disciple 1 replied:- I saw Bird's eye only.
Conclusion:
Only those people with goals succeed who know where they are going.
