PHRASAL VERBS - DAY  2:

MEANING:  to do less of a particular thing, usually in order to improve your health/life etcY

Typical collocation: You can also cut down on: cigarettes, sugar, sex, chocolate, TV etc :)

(always look at the underlined parts of sentences!)
