I teach early childhood and have always found that the key to getting kids moving and excersizing is to make it fun and something they enjoy. Also having fun and getting involved yourself helps
Yes totally! Exercise is supposed to be fun, for kids and adults too!
We can always pretend its fun even if it isnt 😋
