Teach to show respect for the diversity of thoughts
We must avoid the single thought at all costs, accept that we are all different and that diversity exists because people can not think the same and should differ, hence the different points of view that make the human being think about making the world a better place.
You can not think, say, act or do the same as others, avoid following a unique pattern, that is what we must teach young people in schools, diversity of thought exists and must prevail so that we are better individuals.
As educators and / or representatives we can not force young people to think the same, everyone has the right to express themselves, to give ideas to achieve better results.
Having different thoughts makes the world a more interesting place and this allows us to advance in social roles, in culture, in the satisfaction of needs that human beings have.
How do we accept that diversity of thought must prevail?
- Allowing others to express their ideas.
- Exchanging thought and points of view.
- Accepting the ideas of others, since together they can change the world.
- Be able to use ideas and transform them into projects.
Forcing people to have unique thoughts is not the solution
When all are forced to think the same, we are caught in mediocrity, and that does not allow us to grow with good ideas. For being repressed by sick people with a ruined mentality who seek the same in others, damaging what is offered because they do not like the people who are changing the world.
When they are allowed to express themselves and be different, that makes us better people and creates a unique and appropriate individual that is in your total capacity to create awareness.
The diversity of thought is a stimulus to progress
Offering excellent results, as it brings awareness to people who differ in their thoughts and this translates into respect.
There is no doubt that diversity in all senses produces excellent benefits for society. Creating a culture open to new ideas.
Then we can say that the thoughts represent an opportunity for better decisions since the ideas of many people are studied to put into practice the one that has better foundation.
The diversity of thoughts is what makes us better people, allowing the integration of the individual.
Nothing changes, if you do not change.

This is a good point, and I think that its important that kids first learn how to think, which is different from memorizing.
Also, I do believe in a moral absolute, but that doesn't mean we all have to interpret it in the same way ;p Diversity is important but we don't want to be diverse just to check a box.
