Direct experiences are the bridge for the acquisition of new knowledge and the reinforcement of those already acquired, giving way to cognitive development, maturity, leadership, autonomy, allowing facing the challenges of life.

These experiences offer the opportunity to be a winner, for the simple fact of taking risks for what is wanted and not stopping to reach the established objectives.

Experiences are enjoyed, and it is possible to learn a lot from them. When they are put into practice, it is intended to cover the expectations that in a certain part have not been achieved with other learning methods.


Direct experience in the television studio.

Students acquire responsibility, this being important in their development, learning to be reporters of different contents and this is partly what is done in the classes, and this helps to emerge ideas to lose the fear of being in public.

They learn how television production is, how to transmit information to have a positive way of always being happy because a camera always requires a happy face full of enthusiasm.

Preparing to go on the air also allows them to prepare information, and this helps them at school with their daily classes, understanding that being prepared is the basis for training and success.


Objectives of direct experience in the television studio.

  • It is based on the students coordinating their ideas and thus have confidence in themselves.
  • Losing stage fright.
  • Fluency in speech.
  • Acting naturally when facing an audience.
  • The coordination of words and learn to think before acting.

It is essential to talk with the children, before going to the television studio, explaining that the correct behavior allows new enriching experiences of learning and fun.

There is no place for bad performances, since it will affect the whole school group and we will be responsible for not allowing another adventure to be the same or more pleasant so that it is generated, a new knowledge.

It is important to give the best of themselves, this will speak for itself of the teaching given by the educator.


Learning and fun activities in the television studio.

Having the opportunity to be part of an educational adventure in all aspects, generates an enthusiasm without equal. The experience in the television studio, allows to learn to speak correctly, how to communicate, to be in front of the cameras, leads to be an example to follow, for this reason the children will understand, that it is necessary to take care of what is said, besides how to act in any place where they are.

Start of activities:

Preparation for effective learning. Before the students begin the adventure on the screens, they are welcome to the recording area, and they are explained, that being there requires good behavior so that the activities take place in the best way and successfully meet the established objectives.

All students will have the opportunity to participate in each of the activities, so that they do not lose details and the experience is enriching in their personal and professional development.


Behind scenes. It is intended that children lose shyness, develop in the best way, learn to be in front of the cameras and before an audience.

The cameraman will indicate where to see, how to move according to the movement of the cameras, they will be provided with information on how to address the public and this will be good for their future, since the better their development, the better the performance, which they will have.


Observation of a recorded segment This will allow the students to observe directly what their strengths and weaknesses are, in front of the cameras, how they should express themselves correctly, and what they should improve or maintain, in their presentations.

It is a valuable practice for children and a fascinating experience. Everyone dreams of being on the screens and this is the expected opportunity.


Weather report. When it has been practiced to be in front of the cameras, it is possible to execute a little louder recordings, to see if the expected results have been achieved, such as: fluency, tranquility, loss of stage fright, among many others that interfere in a televised recording.

Students will be trained to give the time report, step by step, learning the time readings and what it means to be responsible for sending this information.


Equipment manipulation. Being able to maneuver equipment for television transmissions is an important step, responsibility is acquired, students will realize that it is not as easy as it seems. Capturing images has an impact, since television work is team work. It requires commitment, on both sides, of who is in front of the cameras and who makes the recording.


Opportunity to express themselves. Children will be able to talk about topics that in their personal perspective assume that they are of great importance and need to be heard. That is why there must be a segment specially aimed at giving them the opportunity of free expression, where they can say their feelings, what they like and what they do not like.

Being children is only lived once, and this is one of the first steps to be heard and to be spontaneous.


Audio review and image of segments in the process of recording. They will perform functions of the adults in charge of this area of work, experiencing directly how is the process to approve a recording.

They will be in charge of determining if the quality of the image and the approaches are the correct ones, as well as verifying that the audio has the adequate level for the tolerance of the receiver.


Recording spaces. Students will learn to differentiate reality from fantasy, since many times they dream of being inside their favorite program, and they are only created illusions that give life to what they want to see, like: the background so that it is pleasing to the public's eye.

They will confirm that they are only rooms that constantly change so that the image has the desired effect at the time of transmission.

Offering the opportunity to experience what it is to be in a television studio, allows students to identify, discover, develop, be able to take the risk to take a bigger step in their lives.


Activities to do in the classroom, after direct experience in the television studio.

The educator should never miss the opportunity to know how the experience has seemed to the students, he is in charge of promoting new adventures to acquire important knowledge.

Did you like to go to the television studio?
Would you like to repeat the experience?
Have you been afraid to be in front of the cameras?

Tasks to do:

The educator will ask students to research topics on: natural science, climate, geology, and history. From there, the simulation of the television channel will be made, where the children will be recorded explaining their report, this material will be selected by the students and they will be able to take it home to share it with the family, and thus keep a memory of the experience.

This is definitely true, we have a theme park for that here where kids can experience the different jobs with all the equipment involved.
