@bigbear I forgot all of the terms, polynomials, fifth degree term, etc. My head is spinning. It was so long ago. Math Antics is getting hard for this old brain. But my daughter always is happy that I watch your videos because it keeps my brain as sharp as it can be. Thank-you for your wonderful math lesson. I hope you are having a great weekend!!!
Thank you my dear friend, this is good for my old brain as well, make you feel young again :) in the brain not the body. My husband mom is keeping me very busy, had a light stroke so she is really like a baby now. They reckon that she might come right with good exercise. But have to feed her, and put nappies on. Killing my back of cource. I am not complaining just telling you as you are such a wonderful friend. Thank you may you also have a wonderful weekend.
I am so sorry about your mother-in -law. The best thing is to try to get her to feed herself with guidance from someone. Take a spoon and wrap a towel or paper towel around the handle to build it up and get her to hold it. You may have to help her get food onto the spoon and help guide it to her mouth but that helps to makes the brain learn. If she doesn't do anything for herself she will lose more skills.
Also, the more she uses her weak side, it will get stronger very gradually. Is she getting Physical and Occupational Therapy. That should help because they can teach you how to manage and get her stronger.
Again, I am so sorry for what you and your husband are going through. Please take care and don't over do it yourself! My best to you both.
Not yet she is not getting any but have a sister come ones a week that shows me what to do, and then I carry on doing it. At this point she will not open her eyes.
