"Read Aloud" Stages, A Brief Note Of Storytelling Workshop
Here is a short note when I joined a Storytelling Workshop "Read Aloud" which was held on December 16, 2017. The speaker was Heru, a famous storyteller in Makassar.

In Heru's presentation, he shared the stages of "Read Aloud," one of the methods of storytelling by reading books that began with opening, reading stories and closing.
To open a storytelling, Heru recommended us as storytellers to do prereading so that we know the storyline. In addition, we needed to explain the composition of the book that will be read.
When reading, storytellers need to learn how to read interestingly. Heru suggested choosing a story with a few characters, for example 2 characters. So, we only need to make distinctions for figure 1 and figure 2. In addition, storytellers need to practice expressions.
For closing section, storytellers carry out simple questions and answers to listeners. It will be part of repeating and capturing the meaning of storytelling.
