Attitude of the Classroom Manager before Educational Innovations

Classroom managers are obliged to innovate our work and get involved with our students in what is now called the knowledge society, participating actively and productively. Losing the fear of new tools, as this helps us to update our knowledge and in this way our work is successful, since a successful teacher generates a successful educator. Innovation establishes the need for change and manifests it explicitly and is the introduction of something new that produces improvement. According to what has been stated, it can be said that the purpose of educational innovation is the need for a paradigm shift for the realization or completion of educational activities, from an education centered on learning, in order to achieve improvement in the educational quality.

It should be noted that, with educational innovation, the aim is to get out of repetition and memorization, to arrive at processes that help the learner relate concepts and realities that allow him to systematize his ideas and build his own knowledge. Currently there are powerful technological tools, which open the door to a new era and where the teacher must adapt and appropriate to create, innovate and interact with students based on their training needs. In order to achieve an innovation in school management, we must initially consider digitally literacy training for learners from the beginning of pre - school education, in order to familiarize them with new technologies, especially those of direct involvement in the area in question. so that the student becomes a digital native from the very beginning.

In this order of ideas, the educational practice of the classroom manager must be based on the application of innovative educational strategies, which are pertinent and adapted to the current demands of society, it should be noted that Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are Innovative, motivating and dynamic tools in the classroom, are of great help and have a single objective, to improve the educational quality in school management, as an innovative teacher is not afraid of new technologies or the changes given by it, On the contrary, it assumes the risk of converting difficulties into possibilities or educational opportunities.

Now, the classroom manager has to be an innovative and creative professional, willing to improve their practice recognizing weaknesses and strengths in their technical and didactic training with each technology to use, to redefine their educational practice, make changes in teaching strategies and generate new forms of participation or interaction of the students with the programmed contents.

The classroom manager of today, has to assume the challenge of being better every day, not resisting the changes, since these can help in the educational process in which he participates actively; in addition, they must be willing to learn to manage educational innovations as well as being at the forefront of knowing what is fashionable or what students are using more often or more easily so that they feel identified and comfortable with these tools at the moment of applying it in their continuous training processes.
