CHALLENGES IDENTIFIED
In a direction that is in the past, the means of storing document,records etc is exclusively handled by individual or solely handled by an established organisation. This however makes it defenceless to influences such as alterations or adjustment made at the period of storage,likewise there is high tendency that the document,record etc would have been fabricated,changed or altered in advance ever before storage. A standard blockchain have various significant difficulty in storing data. This diffculties however or will demand or need a new third party policy to be composed and cordinated over existing blockchain making the fees quite expensive for it to be achievable on blockchain storage.
Also in this present era,there is the possibility of information /data to get changed,altered or missing. On the internet an extensive decentralised system of information diffussion has been developed without consideration of developing an equivalent method or way of storing knowlegde indefinitely, for example, cases of damage and loss of very important information via fire incidences occuring at libraries and archives.
In terms of storing data,there is complexity in the full blockchain necessity,which is a huge impediment for the reality of blockchain technology. However some other blockchain technologies focuses on enhancing consensus algorithm between nodes,stellar Lumens and dPOS structure for instance Neo and Ark,to some extent transaction speed is enhanced with this process nevertheless the cause of worry in storage will be obstacles faced over relatively long period of time.

PROFFERED SOLUTIONS MADE BY ARWEAVE
As the requirements and need for storing data increases rapidly,hence this calls for a decentralised low cost data storage policy that its scope is indepensible. To solve this challenge,Arweave designs a blockchain platform known as Blockweave. Blockweave is built on REST API and the REST endpoint is HTTP which accesses the network expressely to the extent Arweave can interprete and store data.
