QUADRANT INTRODUCED AND DIFFICULTIES IDENTIFIED
In this present era Algorithms are essential to effect a very large size of reliable data,and it requires resources to capfure or put it to use. The huge challenge however is the capacity to locate and obtain the required data,due to the fact that such data sometimes are extremely high in price or cost or not obtainable on an accessible storage area on a single file system,and sometimes stored in a database or in an insignificant broken parts.
Another challenge identified would be,in the effective management of data in a system,data can easily be modified or adulterated,it could be false or ingenuine. Hence this calls for verification sometimes to acknowledge where the data is been derived from and the avoidance for making payment for false data.
The interconnection between those that provides data and the person who likes to purchase such data,can not be held continuously at a certain level,reason been that no individual or organisation /Business can keep on generating Data over long period of time without receiving renumeration for the services provided. And worst still on the issue of turnover resolution,it however remains impossible for providers of data to keep track of data and as well be kept informed of other rewards that is futher generated on the data via the activities of data vendors.
Nevertheless Quadrant protocol is designed and aims at solving all the identified challenges,for the effective management of data in a system.

Quadrant protocol is designed on blockchain and seek to establish a connection for the generation of data as well as delivery or supply of authentic data products and services,clearly stating data provenance. It offers a platform for effecting a blueprint for the mapping of decentralised data.
In the data ecosystem trust is of highest importance. On the Quadrant platform a public indentation or imprint is expected to be made on all data,with the source of data put into consideration. The imprint or indentation is done by pioneer,this is achieved by the push of a data to a data consumer and the data created are hashed and thereafter the DNA imprint is published to the Quadrant. As soon as the data is committed to the data consumer,the data is been authenticated to ascertain if its the same that was generated,once the data corresponds,there is an evidence of accession. Another unique beneficial capability Quadrant protocol posses is constellations. Constellations makes the possibility of data to be retrieved or accessed from a single data source or storage. This will enable Pioneers,Elons and data consumers to have adequate accessibility to the data. It will also effect enhancement,expansion and improvement of new business,it will also give permission to develop upon data via the combination of sets of data into valuable data products. QUADRANT MECHANISM
Quadrant protocol is a Blueprint that is decentralised. It is made up of the core Quadrant blockchain,clients(Data procedure,data consumer,and Anchor) and Guardian Nodes.
Quadrant will function on POA(Proof of Authority) controlling and effecting transactions,on a lower transaction fee which is instant. It helps to restrain harmful node from gaining access into the system. POW will used for security.

TOKENIZATION
QUAD token is utilise in managing the distribution of micro-payment by constellation of the Quadrant protocol. Quadrant ecosystem will employ eQuad and QUAD as currencies for its protocol. QUAD is of significant part of the system and will be used exclusively. QUAD will be utilise as a means of payment,and payment is received as incentives by the Guardian Nodes.
eQuad is built on ERC-20 standard and will serve as compensation to pioneers for putting forward of stamps for approval.
eQUAD can be purchased during crowdsale and be converted to QUAD for effective use in the Quadrant network. The conversation ratio is 1:1
