Moonsoon season is very good for livings things because it keep energetic and powerfully our body, when we get up in morning for morning walk and running then facing many problems like fallen rain and mud in our way, facing to many difficulty but our aim crack fitness any how so we never ignore any opportunities, so as to daily get up in morning and do exercise for fitness.
Fitness is very good for all seasons no matter speacialy summer or moonsoons.
