The depositor will deposit or transfer money to your bank account and you will be given an instruction where to deposit or transfer the money.

The money mules will get be get paid for the services depends on their agreement.

How to avoid from this offers?

Never give information about your personal and bank account details and don't allow anyone to use your bank account for money transfer transactions in exchange of promising and attractive payment.
