Steemit and Home-based Moms,Steemit Manager and Household Manager in One!

Family management is important work that millions of people do every day whether you have a full-time job or just working part-time.
Every family has its own principle of building their home harmoniously and smoothly.And it needs an individual who would take a leadership role to make sure that everything will be properly set.And that person is a mother.

Mothers at home have different roles.We make sure that the foods we prepare meet the nutritional needs of our family.We manage the budget, pay the bills, save, invest and contribute to charitable institutions.We manage the family calendar and schedules.We serve as alarm clocks to our school children.But we sometimes take for granted our self-management, that is to care for our body, improve our mind and nurture our spirit.But, if you are a mother who is here in Steemit you are very lucky that you didn't take yourself for granted.You set another goal in your life and you are here in Steemit to make it happen.

In our homes, we can absolutely feel exhausted and desperate sometimes.That's the reality! Some things didn't go as how we expect it to happen.But take this in your mind that "Family" is Jehovah's idea.He knows best how to make it work.By putting God first and seeking for His wisdom, you will be a better manager of your home, family, and personal life.

Being a mother is already challenging, and Steemit comes along.Our goal in managing our household is as big as our goal in Steemit.We want to be successful in both fields.Our hands are already full and there's another thing we need to work on to.Whew!!!!We want to give the best to our family and we want to give the best to ourselves. What to do now? How could we manage our time without feeling more exhausted?? ( sigh, sigh, sigh, DEEP BREATH )

So here's what we have to remember, for all of us when we operate in the realm of our God-given capabilities, we will excel, be energized and receive a great deal of satisfaction from what we do.On the other hand, when we're working on tasks for which we lack the necessary skills and abilities, there is always an expected scenario of mediocrity and unsatisfaction.

Sometimes we get stuck.Our vision becomes blurred, and our courage starts to wane.Some things are out of our control, like our physical capabilities, age, and even our family member's choices. But there are countless things in our lives that are within our control such as our attitudes and priorities .Give priority to things that matter to you.Choose to react positively to the unexpected things happening in our lives.

If your purpose on joining Steemit is solely for money, you will be frustrated when you see your blogs earning cents or nothing. You will not enjoy your moment here.It will make you feel unmotivated and will absolutely quit blogging.Just like a caring mother, your #Steemit account needs nurturing and management strategies.You will need a different approach to uplift your account.Your account seems like your child, it needs your attention too.Steemians are your family.Just like in your home, your supportive spouse is your asset, and in Steemit your mentors would be your best asset.They could lead you to success.Keep learning from them, they will instill in you the attitude you need to possess to reach your goal in #Steemit.No one is a loser here!

When we love our family, we are eager and willing to spend time and energy taking care of them, meeting their needs and helping them flourish.The same principle applies to our Steemit account.
