Thanks so much @heart-to-heart for your message. It was really fun to cook for SCC. I met so many people on here already and getting inspired is simply priceless! Also, I love to share what a typical Japanese household would eat on a daily basis. It's like a cultural exchange and I love that aspect a lot!
