Steemit Culinary Challenge #29 - Salad with hot sandwiches for brunch. How do I imagine the brunch.

In our country there is no such thing as a brunch. If you do not have time to have breakfast, it's still breakfast, or already lunch. Or just a snack.

For salad:

• Salad leaves,
• spinach,
• a tomato,
• cucumber,
• corn.
• For refueling: oil, French mustard, soy sauce, salt, lemon juice. sesame

 Sandwiches (canape hot):

• Brioche
• Cold-boiled pork
• a tomato
• Green onion
• Cheddar cheese
• Eggs

Canape with cheese:

• baguette
• cottage cheese
• Besides
• radish
• Green onion
• Provencal herbs
• salt
• pepper
• sour cream

1. Sandwiches - Canape hot:

Boiled pork, tomato, chopped onions. All mixed with eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Buns cut and thrown out of them flesh. In the middle of the rolls pour the egg mixture. Put on a heated frying pan (weak fire) from above sprinkle with grated cheese.

2. Canape with cheese:
