Not a prob @saiku! I recently made a post on chicken wings, you can use the same for the duck wings too, it will work perfectly!

Won't the duck wings be too large for typical chicken wing recipes?
No i don't think so, i made it before and it was very good. Just cook it a little bit longer and they will be fine!
Or you can also directly cook them in the oven for a nice caremelisation!
