Second hint is an image, doing a reverse search in google yields many result but only one looks almost the same:

I still haven't worked out the second hint but I am thinking it probably ties into the first clue. Scouring the website to see if it offers any hints.

It does say parallel. You have to look for the actual images
I was hunting through the related images from google search - things that look like the way the game is aligned. To put the number image over it like a key , to get the password. But no luck yet.
