So in our Group you autovote higher ranked members and you earn curation rewards and on your best posts the higher ranked members will upvote your best content. You are basically Tuna food and dolphine Food. The best strategy is to help vote for Tunas and Dolphines and make friends with them.
While you make good posts and comment to get more Steem Power.

Use @booster to buy votes
Use @randowhale to buy random votes (each vote cost 1 SBD)
Use @minnowbooster to buy votes or buy additional Steem Power if you want to rank up faster

b) Tuna (Advanced)

You got between 500-5000 Steem Power
Your Vote is between 10 Cent and 1$ worth
Congrats you reached the advanced level and you now get upvoted on a regular basis from our Steemit Booster Group.
At this stage you get votes from Minnows and you support the Dolphines.

c) Dolphine (Intermediate)

You got between 5000-40000 Steem Power
Your Vote is between 1$ and 10$ worth
Congrats you managed it to Dolphine Stage, at this stage you enjoy two benefits:
You get upvoted from Minnows and Tunas
You curate and look for good posts for Orcas and Whales to upvote (so your curation reward increase)
You upvote Orcas

d) Orca

You got between 10000-100000 Steem Power

You enjoy the curation work done by Dolphine and Orcas and earn curation rewards.
You get delegated SP from inactive Members so your votes gets heavier so you earn extra curation reward

This is an amazing post. Its important for newbies to know these strategies . Newbies need to understand that even though you will get rewards for producing great content, you still have to socialise with the community and get to know people from different areas. It wont happen overnight but i know if we stick to this strategy, it will all go well from like 2 years from now. I am going to resteem this post so all the people i have invited to this platform @asarefrederick, @pobi, @nana.poku1 ,@emmanueloppong, @enock would read and use it to improve their accounts.

This is like orientation for me, since I join @steemit I have not get any introduction like this before. I am not going to only resteem this post but going to save it for my newbies I will be introducing to steemit. Thanks for the direction.
