That is the wrong perception and yes so many ppl who are doing keto think they need to up their meat which is not good. Protein is supposed to be only 25%, but i hear you, so many doing it wrong by consuming crazy about of meat.

Vegan keto relies on avocado, nuts, tofu, tons of veggies and berries (they are low in sugar compare to most fruits)
