As complicated as we often make it... life does not need to be. Life, in essence... is actually very simple in its fundamental state.
Remove the clutter and it has no grey areas. It is all yes or no, like or dislike... black or white!
Anything beyond this is a complication which we create in our own minds.
When last did YOU stop and smell the roses... and remove the "clutter"?

People love to over complicate things when like you say it's actually pretty simple. Some people just crave the drama I suppose and it's a very draining way to live. I prefer to just keep it simple myself otherwise I'd drive myself nuts.
It is all yes or no, like or dislike... black or white. These are GREAT Survival Skills. But LIFE is LIFE.
It's JUST HERE And is ALL INCLUSIVE.
It's INTENSE and You can't EXPERIENCE it without INVOLVEMENT.
Therefore, LIVING with ABSOLUTE INVOLVEMENT AND INTENSITY is the WAY Life Functions.
Doesn't Matter if you Believe or Disbelieve me.
This is how LIFE operates and it doesn't NEED your Approval to Function.
You're either with LIFE or with your PSYCHOLOGICAL DRAMA.
LIFE is ROOTED in Reality and Psychological Drama is Rooted in Imagination, Memories, Emotions, Beliefs,Notions, Opinions, etc, Each of which have nothing to do with the EXISTENTIAL REALITY you EXIST IN.
So are you living LIFE or your PSYCHOLOGICAL DRAMA.
Many people are of the assumption that they're living life and in the END they Realize that they were living their PSYCHOLOGICAL DRAMA instead of EXPERIENCING the LIFE within them.
LIFE is about the NEXT STEP.
