Why are we here? Well @theycallmedan has lit the touch paper once again and this time has offered up a colossal 20k delegation for a year. It has everyone running around like armageddon is nigh. "Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes... The dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!"

Ok, so it's not that bad but it has been an intense week of trying to promote our little community in an honest and genuine way. It is also a therapeutic process for our merry band and reminds us that we are a strong unit when we work together. We came out of the last DPoll stronger and we will come out of this race stronger again, regardless of the result.

Who are the @steemitbloggers/Powerhousecreatives?

By now you have probably heard of us. We worked our little cotton socks off to stay in the race for the delegation the last time around. We were up against the might of a couple of different nations in Venezuela and China and hung in there to the very last minutes of the vote.

We are a community of just over a hundred people and we're mixing it up with the big boys!

How is this possible, you ask? Wow, you guys are full of questions today!

Well, I’ll tell you. We are dedicated, committed (NO! Not, needs committing! 😝), talented, driven and a close knit community that has each other's backs. We work hard for each other and for the greater cause, that of steem’s future success.

Quite frankly, everywhere. We have 30 different nations represented including, India, Philippines, Belgium, Ireland, Russia, Wales, Malaysia, South Korea, England, South Africa, USA, Scotland, Denmark, Australia, Netherlands, Canada, Uruguay, Croatia, France, Indonesia, Germany, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, UAE, Nigeria, Venezuela, Guatemala, Singapore, Spain and the list is growing by the day. "We're gonna need a bigger boat!"

We have talents to share

As well as being hard working and determined we have a lot of talent and expertise in different fields. Among us are, graphic designers, programmers, photographers, property developers, classical musicians, music producers, football (soccer) and sports coaches, educators and teachers, ex military, homesteaders, artists and of course, writers, covering all sorts of genres from creative to crypto.
