It's not really what we would like to read, but rather about what you would like to write about. For example, you could go here https://steemit.com/tags and look at the most popular (or well-paid) content on steemit.
Though, that does not mean you should force yourself to write about topics you don't feel comfortable with. I prefer writing about cryptocurrencies because I like the topic and I do quite a bit of research about them. You should find a topic and treat it the same way I am treating mine.
