YES! 100% agree! So right about the weight cutting, too many people are still exhausting themselves trying to drop so much weight too close to the match!

It's just insane that it is still happening in 2018, massive reform is still needed, weight cutting is most dangerous part of MMA in my opinion.

Agreed! If people put the same effort into being a little more disciplined year round they wouldn't have to resort to stupid methods of trying to get into a smaller weight classes.

Yeah it's a simple fix really, the only problem is they suddenly have loads of money at that level, most of them are broke pre-UFC/Bellator, so when the money comes I imagine it's sooooo hard to stay disciplined.

Aye that's so true and often overlooked! Back in the day I used to pay to compete in tournaments and that's still normal on many amateur circuits.

With a wad of cash it's gotta tempt people to eat the wrong stuff, drink too much etc

yeah exactly, they're only human haha.

Going hard during training is a skill in itself. Glad that I started my jiujitsu training during a competition season so my mentality is always to push through everything. They say you can't teach heart but I think you can.

I think you have to have the heart inside you already, you just need the right team to bring it out in you.

Great vid, makes me want to train 20x harder.

Good man, embrace the grind.

So after sending that... last nights training was nothing but round robin guard pass or sweep, back in line, guard pass or sweep, back in line - felt like i was going to puke lol

Hahaha jesus, reality slapped you in face with it's dirty god dam hand haha.
