Here's another vid that I had the pleasure of filming with Eli Knight. One of my favorite things in jiu jitsu is sweeping a standing opponent. I use many of these techniques. Good stuff!

    nice and simple and effective sweeps! I especially like the details he added after the sweep to get into better position instead of creating a huge scramble. Love it!
