Sacrifice the animal, the obligatory or the circumcision? পশু কোরবানি করা কি ফরজ, ওয়াজিব নাকি সুন্নত?
First Look: Animal sacrifice is obligatory.
Auzai Imam, Imam Laith, Narrated Abu Hanifah. This is like the other. And Imam Malek and Imam Ahmad Rah There is an explanation from them that they also said Wajib.

• Those who offer the sacrifice of Wajib,
(1) Allah has commanded:
فصل لربك وانحر
'Pray for your Lord and offer sacrifices' [17] And the command of Allah Almighty is obligatory to do.
(2) Rasool kareem s. Said:
من وجد سعة ولم يضح, فلا يقربن مصلانا رواه
أحمد وابن ماجه, وصححه الحاكم.
'The one who does not sacrifice without the ability, should not come to the Eidgah.' [18] This ayad is a warning to those who sacrifice sacrifices. So sacrifice is obligatory.
(3) Rasool kareem s. Said:
يا أيها الناس: إن على كل أهل بيت في كل عام
أضحية. . رواه أحمد وابن ماجه 3125, حسنه
الألباني
O human! The responsibility of every family is to be sacrificed every year. [19]
• The documents of those who offer the sacrifice of Sunnah:
(1) The Messenger of Allah Said:
إذا رأيتم هلال ذي الحجة, وأراد أحدكم أن يضحي,
فليمسك عن شعره وأظفاره, حتى يضحي. رواه
مسلم 1977
'If you want to sacrifice among yourselves, after seeing the moon of the month of Hilsha, he does not cut his hair and nails before performing the sacrifice.' [20]
It is not obligatory on this hadith to understand the words of the person who wants to sacrifice. (Two) Prophet Muhammad He sacrificed on behalf of those who did not offer sacrifice in his Ummah. By his work it can be understood that sacrifice is not obliged.

প্রথম মত : কোরবানি ওয়াজিব।
ইমাম আওযায়ী, ইমাম লাইস, ইমাম আবু হানীফা রহ. প্রমুখের মত এটাই। আর ইমাম মালেক ও ইমাম আহমদ রহঃ. থেকে একটি মত বর্ণিত আছে যে তারাও ওয়াজিব বলেছেন।
দ্বিতীয় মত : কোরবানি সুন্নাতে মুয়াক্কাদাহ।
এটা অধিকাংশ উলামাদের মত। এবং ইমাম মালেক ও শাফেয়ী রহ.-এর প্রসিদ্ধ মত। কিন্তু এ মতের প্রবক্তারা আবার বলেছেন : সামর্থ্য থাকা অবস্থায় কোরবানি পরিত্যাগ করা মাকরূহ। যদি কোন জনপদের লোকেরা সামর্থ্য থাকা সত্ত্বেও সম্মিলিতভাবে কোরবানি পরিত্যাগ করে তবে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করা হবে। কেননা, কোরবানি হল ইসলামের একটি শিয়ার বা মহান নিদর্শন।[১৬]
• যারা কোরবানি ওয়াজিব বলেন তাদের দলিল :
(১) আল্লাহ তাআলা নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন :
ﻓَﺼَﻞِّ ﻟِﺮَﺑِّﻚَ ﻭَﺍﻧْﺤَﺮْ
'তোমার প্রতিপালকের উদ্দেশ্যে সালাত আদায় কর ও পশু কোরবানি কর।'[১৭] আর আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামিনের নির্দেশ পালন ওয়াজিব হয়ে থাকে।
(২) রাসূলে কারীম স. বলেছেন :
ﻣﻦ ﻭﺟﺪ ﺳﻌﺔ ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﻀﺢ، ﻓﻼ ﻳﻘﺮﺑﻦ ﻣﺼﻼﻧﺎ . ﺭﻭﺍﻩ
ﺃﺣﻤﺪ ﻭﺍﺑﻦ ﻣﺎﺟﻪ، ﻭﺻﺤﺤﻪ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻛﻢ .
'যে ব্যক্তি সামর্থ্য থাকা সত্ত্বেও কোরবানি করে না সে যেন আমাদের ঈদগাহের ধারে না আসে।'[১৮] যারা কোরবানি পরিত্যাগ করে তাদের প্রতি এ হাদিস একটি সতর্ক- বাণী। তাই কোরবানি ওয়াজিব।
(৩) রাসূলে কারীম স. বলেছেন :
ﻳﺎ ﺃﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ : ﺇﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺑﻴﺖ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻋﺎﻡ
ﺃﺿﺤﻴﺔ . . ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺃﺣﻤﺪ ﻭﺍﺑﻦ ﻣﺎﺟﻪ ৩১২৫ ، ﺣﺴﻨﻪ
ﺍﻷﻟﺒﺎﻧﻲ
হে মানব সকল ! প্রত্যেক পরিবারের দায়িত্ব হল প্রতি বছর কোরবানি দেয়া।[১৯]
• যারা কোরবানি সুন্নত বলেন তাদের দলিল :
(১) রাসূলুল্লাহ স. বলেছেন :
ﺇﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻳﺘﻢ ﻫﻼﻝ ﺫﻱ ﺍﻟﺤﺠﺔ، ﻭﺃﺭﺍﺩ ﺃﺣﺪﻛﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻀﺤﻲ،
ﻓﻠﻴﻤﺴﻚ ﻋﻦ ﺷﻌﺮﻩ ﻭﺃﻇﻔﺎﺭﻩ، ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻀﺤﻲ . ﺭﻭﺍﻩ
ﻣﺴﻠﻢ ১৯৭৭
'তোমাদের মাঝে যে কোরবানি করতে চায়, যিলহজ মাসের চাঁদ দেখার পর সে যেন কোরবানি সম্পন্ন করার আগে তার কোন চুল ও নখ না কাটে।'[২০]
এ হাদিসে রাসূল স.-এর 'যে কোরবানি করতে চায়' কথা দ্বারা বুঝে আসে এটা ওয়াজিব নয়। (দুই) রাসূল স. তার উম্মতের মাঝে যারা কোরবানি করেনি তাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোরবানি করেছেন। তার এ কাজ দ্বারা বুঝে নেয়া যায় যে কোরবানি ওয়াজিব নয়।
শাইখ ইবনে উসাইমীন রহ. উভয় পক্ষের দলিল-প্রমাণ উল্লেখ করার পর বলেন: এ সকল দলিল-প্রমাণ পরস্পর বিরোধী নয় বরং একটা অন্যটার সম্পূরক। সারকথা হল যারা কোরবানিকে ওয়াজিব বলেছেন তাদের প্রমাণাদি অধিকতর শক্তিশালী। আর
ইমাম ইবনে তাইমিয়ার মত এটাই।
