Some Users are getting pissed off on steemit

We watch hundreds of posts a day making great none and attracting many up votes.
Giving the recent success of the platforms beta release it is no wonder people are thriving to post great content

But unfortunately users have become quite jealous and pissed off with successful users.
Users are starting to down vote posts because they don't want other users to prosper. This is to be expected with any social and open platform.

But is this ruining it of the rest of us?

Possibly this will hinder your posts if you are targeted and down voted . These jealous users are not applying themselves to make good content. These people are comparing there content to writers who are much more experienced. This is a unfair comparison and is sending users into panic.

Since we have discovered that we can look into each others wallets this has become more common.

I do not feel the need to look at other peoples wallets because I am doing well and am not interested. But I feel that it is a bad idea as well, we should not be able to check each others progress . This only breeds unrealistic comparisons .

I vote that wallets should be set to private .
