Apparently, content posted by #TargetedIndividuals aren't worthy of being 'RESTEEMED'? Is that right?

Not here to step on any toes, just want to know the rules. I've written and I've searched for info on how to get back into your good graces...I've done everything I could think of...but I've gotten nothing but crickets. Can a person get a little help...
