I have been researching the process of Intermittent Fasting for weight loss. Seems very promising and simple to follow. Started one week ago, May 1, 2017. My beginning weight was 243 lbs. As of May 9, 2017 my weigh is 234 lbs. A 9 lb loss in one week. Now I know a lot of this weight is water weight but that can also be a sign of inflammation from years of a poor diet. Making adjustments as I move forward. My goal weight is 190 - 200 lbs.
