Steemit tool / filter to list own posts only [Feature request]

Hi all on steemit, i asked in chat and it seems that this isn't available yet or i couldn't find it.
It was probably requested already.
Looking or wishing for a tool, that can filter my authored posts so i don't have to scroll my feed to them, and so better track my postings.
