This is like the 5 post I've seen just today about this! Seems spamming is becoming a big issue.
Hopefully something can be implemented to counteract the spamming, is way too many bots here. Almost as many bots as real people.
I don't know too much about these hard forks but perhaps features could be put into HF20 as a good fix to spam?
Voting power depletion is not the way to stop spam! i.e. flagging! We need a new fix.
