Guidance need from my follow Steem it friends.
Hello my fellow Steemit friends. I need your help - please.
My son registered on Steemit a month before his 13th birthday. It was picked up by 'Sneak' who told Matthew that he was putting a 'suspension' on his account until he was 13. This was right as the rules, quite rightly, say that you have to be 13 or over to conduct an account.
Matthew's birthday was at the beginning of August and we have been trying to get the 'suspension' lifted ever since.
We have contacted 'Sneak' and also 'Steemit support' via email but to no avail.
Matthew is so keen to get started. He is a fantastic son who raises money for charity through fund raising and he wants to show the work that he does to raise the money.
Can anyone out there HELP.
I would be very grateful for any guidance that can be given.
