What if you have a problem with an online store? What can you do?

So I'm going through a situation where I thought at first that it would be easy to solve but it is not. I started to sell through the biggest buy and sell site in Latin America the '' Free market ''. And after a month of sales my account was suspended without explanation my money was not returned and I found out that the company has no communication channel for problem solving. In fact they told me that in two days they would have been in contact for 3 months and nothing. Researching I discovered that I am not the only nor near there are thousands of claims against the company and no claim has been answered. To tell you the truth I absolutely do not know what can really be done and I wanted to help you to find out what would be the best attitude to help all those people who are injured by this site. We can not let this kind of problem happen on the internet, here we have space to protest and combat this type of abuse of power. Still researching I saw that this is not the case of only this company, many other great websites that profit millions every year do not serve their customers well. And what I saw most on the internet are phrases like ... give up, there's nothing that can be done. This is truly absurd, some people becoming bilonarias without having to worry about serving their customers well, without even having to worry about the review of their clients. Monopolies are being made as is the case of this company that has no competition, people with this mentality should not be in the business direction that affect the lives of millions of people. THIS IS REALLY DANGEROUS. For you to understand the reason for my concern below I am exposing some details about the company.

As you can note on facebook the company note is absurdly bad but this does not seem to be a problem for them. They simply ignore. In addition to thousands of desperate comments from users asking for help because there is no way they can solve their problems.

As you can see how it has no competition, the company continues to move a lot of money even though it damages its users. Face the reality thousands of people spend thousands of dollars every day on this site ... but if you have any problem do not expect them to do something about it.

With mkt cap of more than 11.54 BILHOES they simply are not interested in creating a channel to solve the problems of the users. After all nobody can do anything about it .. right?

To complete check below the official site of complaints and proceedings in Brazil in which we have many complaints in which the company has the possibility to resolve and with the user the problem, as you may notice they are not very concerned about their revenge. After all nobody can do anything about ... correct?
