The faucet interface will be web only. But in order to refill it, we need as many SMT (SBD, STEEM, SP) as possible to operate normally.
Members would have to pay a fee to be able to claim every hour, and the bot would upvote their posts. So they would get upvotes from the bot and sbd from the faucet.
And they will be able to claim without captchas.
