I think it is awesome, however you need to 'ration' you votes so to speak. Your voting power will be depleted much faster, but I think it will balance out once people gain an understand of how powerful their upvotes really are.
Definitely @wthomas, there'll be a learning curve to it, but it will make things more interesting around here, that's for sure. Good that you mentioned about the vote depletion, that will be the biggest thing to keep an eye on and how this is all going to play out.
