Very well said mate. Not sure how they could do this in a proper way. As people will find a way to abuse any change. (This most certainly should not set in the mentality of "yeah, they'll abuse it anyway so why bother?" as it might still help!)
They should just gather a panel of steemians that have been providing quality content for some time now, sit them down and chat how to best improve steemit
