Ok, there are a few steps:
- You 'sell' your votes' to Smartsteem
- Someone purchases votes from Smartsteem
- If you have the voting power that you authorized Smartsteem to use, they could use your vote to give this person your upvote
This is random and depends on the amount purchased by the other person.
Does this make any sense?
