It's possible, but keep in mind that Albert Einstein was a very private person, and somewhat quiet. In fact, it's considered by some that Einstein exhibited characteristics that suggest he may have been somewhere on the autism spectrum (which includes Aspberger's).
For example, Einstein did not speak until he was 4 years old.
He also wore pretty much the same clothes from day to day, as someone who felt that trying to decide what to wear was a waste of brain power.
In addition, he was not the greatest at interpersonal relationships, as he had even written a letter to his wife for Do's and Don'ts that most people might consider misogynistic. However, those who know how autistic people function have been able to spot those characteristics as being very similar to those of autistic individuals.
