A Proposal to Hold Steemfest in Strategic Locations Accross the Globe

I can see the potential of Steemit becoming the major social media center of the world.

Thus, I propose to conduct massive information drives such as Steemfest or similar activities in different strategic locations around the world. In my case, I am giving here information about the possibility of my country, the Philippines, to be included in the selection.

According to Wikipedia, "the Philippines annualised population growth rate between the years 2010-2015 was 1.72%. According to the 2015 census, the population of the Philippines is 100,981,437."

The Philippines has 3 major islands: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

In Luzon, there is Manila which is the capital and second-largest city of the Philippines and one of 16 cities that comprise Metro Manila, which has an overall population of 12.8 million per the 2015 Census. The city of Manila has a population of 1.78 million in 2016, according to census data.Oct 20, 2017.

In the Visayas, Cebu City is the center of Central Visayas and has a population of a million more or less.

Mindanao: The population of Davao City is 1,632,991 according to the 2015 census. Metro Davao, with the city as its center, had about 2.5 million inhabitants in 2015, making it the third-most-populous metropolitan area in the Philippines and the most-populous city in Mindanao.

I only mentioned the major cities where the Steemit events would be possibly held considering the availability of major airports and amenities such as hotels and related centers for holding such activities.

If this proposal should catch the attention of Steemit management, I am ready to provide my services in the initial preparations and facilitating communication for the purpose.
