Three R's of Success for an Internet Company - Think Like Business People

Retention, References, and Reputation

While it is true I do not have the most experience with Crypto, I do have a strong history in Internet Start-up companies.    Due to the White Paper, I have to believe that the success of SteemIt is based on the merging of two different cultures.  Crypto vs. mainstream business.

As my blog page indicates, I got lost on the way to the Bitcoin Store...  However, what I do have experience in is Start-up Internet companies, and the first rule of any start-up is "users".  I am fully corrupted by my experience --Think about it - the most important thing we can work on is end-users.  Where any group of people gather an economy will "break out".

It is like the Ciaos Theory, only there are no exceptions  - there isn't anywhere on Earth and .. any point in history where many people gather, an economy will develop.   It is nearly a natural law.

"What?"  you ask?

I will offer you evidence:

Facebook, became an publically traded company long before they had a revenue model.  Yahoo and Google...  Had nothing... except people to explain their value when they went public.

Twitter, although very successful, their number one asset is their user-base.  However, the way they chose to develop their business, their users feel under valued and they are willing to move on based on audience.  Twitter is up for sale, the question about price is directly related to the number of users, not the Service it's self.

SteemIt needs to begin to value the users they have (and reward them)  as well as obtain new reference able "end users"

Carry on Whales, ...  We know... Curation rewards are more important than rewarding the current users of your site.

Sincerely,
Just a successful internet executive....
