Steem Meme - This Is Me Not Caring
I think @asshole has been a good test of the platform. People got annoyed, hurt, asked questions, and mostly got over it. I think we will eventually move to a downvote system with or without the flag. Another platform I used to blog on.. Newsvine.com it took 5 flags to hide a post. I don't think that would work with our Bot issue.
So, in messy fashion we learn, eww, flags suck, but life goes on. We will model that for the new comers and they won't be upset either.
If we all got flagged, did any of us get flagged?
Ignore the flagging, it is an inconvenience that gets buried over time.

Hes everywhere, hopefully nobody else gets this idea to copy him.
There are three of them now. No matter what happens the entire reward pool is given out each day. So, the worst that can happen is that it changes the winners and losers. It will be a self correcting problem.
