I am just a little over 4k SP, and my vote isn't worth a cent yet.
It all depends on the price and who else is voting there is no set amount our votes are worth. However, it is an interesting question.
How come I can vote at 60 to 74 percent power, alot of people , and my votes are worth 1 cent or more ! ? And I have 2,700 steem! But if you over vote your steem power will drop so low that you can actually harm people your upvoting as it will take cents away from them instead of adding ! So be careful and watch your steem power in steem stats ! 👍✌
Its making my mind spin trying to figure it out.
There has to be an answer to it, cant just be random luck.

So far im thinking market value, vests, vote power, previous votes and then subtracting stuff like flags. there has to be some sort of formula or something.
Hopefully someone will see this and know the answer.
