Questions...

in #steemit10 years ago

I am still trying to understand how the business structure of Steemit works.   I have a few questions, I would certainly appreciate it, if anyone can answer them.

1.  Who makes the decisions in this organization, is their some type of "leadership team" and is it based on the amount of Steem they have?  (Not names per say, just organizational structure)

2.  Does Steem have actual employees? I know the witnesses get paid, probably Devs?  Is there an official Marketing Team, Sales Team, Product Management, B2B,...  I don't care how many levels. Again, I am wondering how the organization works and works together.   Not looking for names.

3.   Are there currently any Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, meetings, official updates, etc.  With a list of projects, owners and dates?

I am not looking for large indepth answers here.  I am a potential investor and wanting to know, because this is a strange new world, and I am from Publicly Traded, Corporate America, I might be using the wrong terms.

What I want to know is how this moves forward, how decisions are made, who corrects the ship if it gets off track, etc.

Thank you,
@Whatsup
