How to tag

Hi users my name is wali i am from Nigeria when i entered steemit new i was as confused as i didnt even know my left from my right i could write a long story but i got no upvotes it was all beacuse i tagged my post wrongly so am here to guide begginners on how to tag their post and make good money from steemit
Maybe you want to write something about your family, memories, sport,comic,adventure,travel and so on
Firstly when you login into steemit you will see something like this You should click on the icon my feed then you should choose the topic you want to write on mind you those topics are other peoples topic that they have talked on you should click on it go down to the bottom of the post Lets use this post as an example Screenshot_20180716-142615.png
Its talkin about a temple or so
Then let us now look at its tag !

Busy
Travel
And so on
What you just need to do is to copy those tags but not all
You can add the name of what you are tagging also

    2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
    3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
    4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
