Old Steem, new Steem?

If you ask me at this moment it is still Steem. Steemit to me and nothing has changed if it comes to this platform and commenting, helping each other and doing something good. To be honest, after the last forks there are fewer comments and there is hardly any contact left. It feels the same as the old Steemit nearly two years ago as I started here.

There are more curators as before?
The big fish started reading and upvoting again?
Might be they upvote but it is not said they invest time in reading and commenting.
If you want to earn you need to click that upvote button in time. At five minutes after posting exactly. Not too early and not too late.
When will you open a post, start reading it, think over if it is worth your upvote and click that button at 5 minutes after posting?

If I see a new post show up already in the first seconds many have voted. I assume manually and Steemit is happy with it. You fill their pockets instead of rewarding the writer and yourself.
Should you care about that? If you ask me, yes, but you should also care about what you vote!
I see votes but hardly any comments! 🤔

How to upvote a great post (good content) at exactly the right time?
If you are lucky you are the first one and if you are even luckier other people vote after you. If this is not the case your vote is useless and worth 0 (yes, zero, nothing!).

It is easy to fill out (name, % of your vote), waiting time after posting.
Fifty streams are the max and I will see if I can find 50 people to put in my list, Steemians I already follow or will discover in the next days/weeks.
I know my vote is not worth much but I better use it.

I have 10 free votes of 100% so have you.
You can also vote 20 times with 50% or
40 times 25% or if you are very active you vote with 10% or less.

I never used steemvoter and start with it now. Lets see if it brings me something. I will also vote and comment manually.

Steem is about earning. You need to earn to power up/stake. Without Steem Power (SP) you are not able to post, comment and upvote. Make yourself visible. Use your SP in the most efficient way.
