In this post, I am going to discuss the steem witness and how to vote for them. 80% of the people don't even know what is steem witness so how can they vote for them? This will be a complete and simple guide for you all, you would be able to vote after reading this post. Voting a witness will not take more than 2 minutes for you all.

Now let's talk about what are steem witness;

WHAT IS STEEM WITNESS?
People who create the blocks on steem and work for the steemit blockchain. The Steem blockchain requires people who create blocks and uses a consensus mechanism which is called delegated proof of stake, or DPOS. These are all included in achievement 6 that is the last achievement but still, some people do vote and some do not.

WHO CAN VOTE FOR THE WITNESS?
Anyone can cast vote on the witnesses. Every user can vote for 30 witnesses. To see how many witnesses do we have right now to vote can be seen byClicking here

HOW TO CAST A VOTE?

This is so simple just follow the instructions given through the pictures. first, go to the three lines shown in your interface of steemit and there would you find an option of the vote for witness. Click over it and just cast a vote. I have already voted @steemchiller before as you can see there are 29 votes left before casting a vote to the @justyy. As I have mentioned above you can only vote for 30 witnesses. it is as simple as that.

VOTE USING STEEMWORLD

You can use steem world for casting the vote as well. Follow the instructions given through the pictures. firstly go to the steemworld dashboard and click on the account settings then an option you would see namely your witness and you can write the username of your favorite witness and vote for them.
