TODO List based on Steem Award System?

Being a videographer, and having a small production company where we have a couple of departments and people to delegate tasks, in house apps is something that has the days pass we are considering to create.

Not having a programming language background, besides the classic HTML, CSS and some Javascript knowledge. It s been kind of pain in the a"# and the learning curve is very slow...

But today i was updating my todo list, i use TODOIST, and i notice that that they have a reward system, that they call KARMA, that basic rewards your complete tasks.

I thought, is it possible to create a todo list using steem reward system? it would be an extra way to reward collaborators and team members for their complete tasks... besides the payment i make them, of course....

I looked at the TODOIST API, and all their calls are available. I wonder is it possible to convert karma point into steem power? or is it better to create Simple Todo list and implement the Steem vote, reply, system....

Has i said, i m not a programmer/developer so this is just a way to create a discussion about new ways of using Steem.

So i ask to the Steem community to create discussion on ideas for app use and scalability in everyday jobs, using Steem.

Now i m trying just to create a in house app for inventory of my studio equipment. im using google spreadsheets for "database" and now i m just using google form and appsheet add on for google sheets. We have to start somewhere, and an useful app is better than no app... :)
