Kratom Effects

Kratom has a strong effect on your anxiety, mood and energy levels. It lowers your anxiety level, while the feeling has been described as happy, strong, and active, with a strong desire to do work. The mind is described as calm. Thai workers use it to get through a hard day of work. Effects come on within five to ten minutes after use, and can last for several hours.Most people describe the effects as stimulating and euphoric at lower doses, becoming sedative at higher doses. This is probably explained by the fact that mitragynine stimulates the delta opioid receptors when used in small quantities, but tends to increasingly stimulate mu opioid receptors when used in larger quantities. These are the same receptors that are stimulated when using opiate drugs.Although the most important alkaloids are related to psychedelic substances, there appears to be no psychedelic activity. The dominant effects seem to be similar to opiate drugs, and include analgesia and cough suppression, but effects are also described as euphoric and stimulating. These effects are roughly comparable in strength to codeine.There are some sources that suggest Kratom (like opiates) stimulates desire in women and reduces erectile problems in men. This is most likely explained by the effect of mitragynine on one’s anxiety levels. Other effects of mitragynine are a reduction in smooth muscle tone, local anesthesia, and central nervous system depression.Acute possible negative effects include dry mouth, increased urination, loss of appetite, and constipation. Unlike opiates, mitragynine does not cause nausea or vomiting in most cases. Heavy use can result in a prolonged sleep. Kratom Withdrawal Symptoms

• Cravings for kratom.
• Muscle aches and pains.
• Jerky bodily movements or physical tremors.
• Sleep disturbances, particularly insomnia.
• Emotional changes.
• Anxiety.
• Irritability.
• Aggressive or hostile behavior.
• Runny nose.
• Dilated pupils.
• Fever.
• Loss of appetite.

The severity and duration of these symptoms largely depend on how long and how heavily you used kratom. In general, heavier use will result in more severe withdrawal symptoms.

1. Weigh desired amount of grams of Kratom powder in gram scale.
2. Place powder in cup and pour warm water. 
3. Get a chaser and drink the kratom slurry 
4. Optional: It is thought that orange use or adding a lemon can increase the potency

Discussion

The drug will not get you "high" the effect are subtle but strong enough to notice. It is a little addicting but so every drug, if you need more information the CDC might be able to help.  The drug can be bought with bitcoin at least in the website provided. It is advised not to take daily although some people take it daily with little to no effects. Think of this drug more as a opiate like "high" which appears to be as a result of some of the same receptors being used. Moreover there it will not make you fail a drug test. Kratom is used to get rid of some of the terrible withdrawal symptoms of stronger drugs such as heroin. Kratom also can be used as smart drug, which with this experience I agree, although I don't plan to use it during school. Finally, with the references I provided there should be enough information to be able to properly access if this drug can be used for recreational reasons or medical reasons.
